A working onboarding framework for DW Cumulus and DW MetaPix, built on the proven myDW / Spectrum Enterprise infrastructure. Product-specific details are placeholder-marked and ready to complete as launch information is confirmed. The architecture is finished — only the details remain.
Purpose
Why This Exists Before the Products Launch
The onboarding infrastructure built for myDW and Spectrum Enterprise — the SOP, the email sequence, the dealer enablement kit, the Salesforce pipeline, the webinar framework — applies directly to DW Cumulus and DW MetaPix. The process is the same. The products are different.
Building this framework now, before launch, means DW Cumulus and DW MetaPix enter the market with a tested, structured dealer onboarding system on day one. Every new product that launches without an onboarding framework inherits the same activation gap that currently affects myDW. This document prevents that from happening twice.
Placeholder fields are marked throughout. As product details are confirmed — pricing, platform URLs, SLA terms, channel counts, key structure — they drop into this document and it becomes a complete, live SOP.
How to Use This Document
All PLACEHOLDER fields require confirmation from the product team before this framework goes live. Section 2 lists every open question by product. As each is answered, update the relevant field and mark it confirmed. This document is version-controlled in the amendment log at the end.

The Bottom Line
9 of 12 assets are ready or require only product detail additions. Only the Dealer Enablement Kit and End-User One-Pager need to be written from scratch — and both follow the same structure and tone as the myDW versions. When product details are confirmed, those two assets can be completed in a single working session.
SOP Delta
How the Onboarding SOP Changes for New Products
The 7-step onboarding SOP applies identically to Cumulus and MetaPix. The steps below are color-coded by what stays the same, what requires minor adaptation, and what is a genuine unknown pending product confirmation.

Step 1
Case Received via Web-to-Case
Same form, same web-to-case process. Add Cumulus and MetaPix as platform options on the existing MSP contact form. SLA acceptance checkboxes to be added per product once SLA documents are confirmed.
Step 2
Email Domain Qualification
Identical process. Generic email qualification loop applies to all MSP platforms equally. No changes required.
Step 3
CPP Membership Verification
Identical process. CPP membership is the gateway for all MSP products. No changes required.
Step 4
Duplicate Organization Check
Same logic, new platform databases. Add Cumulus and MetaPix platform databases to the duplicate check once platforms are live. Process is identical.
Step 5
Organization Provisioning
Process will mirror myDW and Spectrum Enterprise — address, contact, and business information entry producing a CP Org Number. Specific provisioning steps require access to the platform UI to document. Platform UI walkthrough needed from product team pre-launch.
Step 6
CRM Update — CP Organization Number
Same CRM path: Account → Services Tab → Subscriptions Object. Add new CP Org Number fields for Cumulus and MetaPix to the Salesforce config brief. Requires Salesforce admin to add two additional custom fields (CP_Org_Cumulus__c · CP_Org_MetaPix__c).

Welcome Email — Touch 1 of 4
Same email sequence structure. Touch 1 template requires new platform-specific blocks for Cumulus and MetaPix — login URL, CP Org Number variable, platform name. Touches 2–4 require product value proposition updates once pricing and feature details are confirmed.

What Needs to Be Confirmed Before Launch
The following questions must be answered by the product team for each new platform. Assign to the appropriate internal contact and track to resolution. This list is the pre-launch discovery agenda.

When This Document Becomes v1.0
This framework upgrades from pre-launch draft (v0.x) to active SOP (v1.0) when every placeholder is resolved and every pre-launch checklist item is complete. At that point it supersedes this document and should be stored alongside the myDW / Spectrum Enterprise SOP as a peer document in the MSP onboarding system.
