myDW and Spectrum Enterprise are not alternatives to each other. myDW is a health monitoring service. Spectrum Enterprise is a VMS. Ask two independent questions on every account: "Does this customer need a VMS?" and "Does this customer need health monitoring?" The answers are independent — many customers need both. A Spectrum Enterprise customer without myDW is a missed monitoring conversation. A DW recorder without myDW is a missed recurring revenue conversation.
